Description

You will lead business analysis and system delivery for GRC capabilities, bridging Risk, Legal, Compliance, and IT teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for GRC capabilities through stakeholder workshops and gap analyses.
• Translate business needs into functional and technical specifications for system configuration and development.
• Lead end-to-end UAT activities, including developing test plans, facilitating execution, and resolving defects.
• Develop and maintain process maps, workflows, and data flow diagrams to document current and future states.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure scalable, compliant, and user-friendly solutions.

Required Skills

• 7–10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst or similar role.
• Minimum 5+ years working with GRC or compliance-related systems.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks, regulatory compliance, and GRC processes.
• Proven experience with Enterprise GRC platforms: RSA Archer (Archer Engage preferred), ServiceNow GRC, or MetricStream.
• Expertise in business process analysis, requirements documentation, and workflow modeling.
• Hands-on experience leading UAT for enterprise applications, including test plan development and defect tracking.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for cross-functional workshops and executive stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Advanced experience implementing or enhancing RSA Archer modules.
• Experience supporting compliance programs within regulated environments such as financial services or healthcare.
