Description

You will maintain back-office financial systems, manage technical integrations, and enforce system controls.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full project lifecycle from conceptualization through planning, testing, user training, and documentation.
• Execute monthly change management tasks and metadata updates for SAP, Concur, Kyriba, and Oracle FCCS.
• Maintain security protocols for all applicable business systems and coordinate with Internal Audit and BDO on control requests.
• Resolve business system requests via ServiceNow tickets and email.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in business systems, SAP, or Oracle FCCS.
• Hands-on experience maintaining SAP, Concur, Kyriba, and Oracle Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service (FCCS).
• Strong understanding of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and application development dynamics.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects independently with minimal guidance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or an equivalent field.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work the 2:00pm - 11:00pm IST shift.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ERP systems such as NetSuite or Oracle ERP.
• Proficiency using ServiceNow.
