Description

You will optimize defect management and reporting processes by analyzing workflows, system integrations, APIs, and data flows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document existing defect management processes, including use cases, workflows, and data visualizations.
• Map engineering team hierarchies to automate and streamline defect routing and notification logic.
• Gather business requirements and identify gaps to design and validate solutions with stakeholders.
• Create future-state process flows, screen mockups, data diagrams, and business rule definitions.
• Partner with leadership to design new reporting interfaces and data visualizations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a large-scale IT environment.
• 3+ years of experience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience using at least two of the following: Jira, Asana, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• 3+ years of experience with at least two of the following: Tableau, Business Objects, or EazyBI.
• Experience with large-scale defect management processes and tooling.
• Experience leading user interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
• Experience creating application development artifacts such as user stories and design documents.
• Experience developing key performance metrics to drive process improvements.

Preferred Skills

• Experience implementing automation or AI-related solutions.
