Description

Analyze and optimize defect management and reporting processes for technology delivery teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document existing workflows, system integrations, APIs, data flows, and KPIs for defect management.
• Map engineering team hierarchies to automate defect routing and notification logic.
• Gather business requirements and design validated solutions with stakeholders.
• Create future-state process flows, screen mockups, and application development artifacts.
• Design reporting interfaces and data visualizations to support senior leadership decision-making.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a large-scale IT environment.
• 3+ years of experience with SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
• 3+ years using at least two of: Jira, Asana, Zendesk, or ServiceNow.
• 3+ years using at least two of: Tableau, Business Objects, or EazyBI.
• Experience leading user interviews and requirements gathering sessions.
• Experience creating user stories, process flows, data diagrams, and business rule definitions.
• Experience developing key performance metrics to drive process improvements.
• Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation and AI-related solutions for process simplification.
