Description

Key Responsibilities:
Analyze & Document: Partner with stakeholders to map "as-is" and "to-be" processes using flows and diagrams. 
Agile Requirements: Decompose business needs into Epics, Features, and concise user stories with clear acceptance criteria. 
Backlog & UX: Assist the Product Owner with backlog grooming and create conceptual wireframes/prototypes. 
QA & UAT: Define test objectives, execute regression testing, and coordinate User Acceptance Testing. 
Project Coordination: Facilitate cross-functional meetings and independently manage small-scale projects or workstreams. 

Required Qualifications:
10+ years delivering business and systems analysis artifacts. 
5+ years as an Agile Business Analyst (Scrum/Kanban). 
Proven experience working with large, multi-module systems. 
Exceptional written/oral communication and stakeholder management skills. 

Tools: MS Office, Visio, MS Project, Power BI/Tableau, Oracle SQL/SQL Server, Figma/Balsamiq. 
 

Preferred Qualifications: Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or experience running sprints & ceremonies
Experience with TFS, Jira, Confluence, and writing complex SQL queries
