Description

You will bridge business needs and technical Salesforce implementations, owning the requirements, data mapping, and integration design.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed business and technical requirements for Salesforce projects.
• Map data flows and manage STM data mapping processes.
• Design integration paths between Salesforce and disparate external systems.
• Document business processes using Visio, ARIS, or similar mapping tools.

Required Skills

• 5-8 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator with strong hands-on experience.
• Experience with OmniStudio.
• Proven ability to handle Salesforce integrations and scenario path mapping.
• Proficiency in process mapping tools such as Visio or ARIS.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduate qualification.

Preferred Skills

• Basic MuleSoft knowledge and experience writing SQL queries.
• Banking sector experience involving Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Marketing Cloud.
• Working knowledge of Agile methodologies using Jira and Confluence.
