Description

You will lead complex assignments across the software development life cycle, from project planning to implementation and technical change management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead application upgrades, module release evaluations, and technical change management initiatives.
• Gather functional and business requirements while collaborating with IT staff and external vendors.
• Conduct research to determine the feasibility of new solutions versus existing organizational capabilities.
• Assess upstream and downstream impacts of system and reporting changes on business processes.
• Serve as the technical escalation point for troubleshooting application issues and system errors.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience providing technical or analytical support in relevant functional areas.
• 3+ years of experience at a senior Business Systems Analyst level.
• Expertise in system analysis techniques, including data flows, interfaces, and business rules.
• Advanced knowledge of business technology delivery practices, design, and testing.
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence for project and requirement management.
• Proficiency with MS Products, including Excel and MS Teams.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with public agencies or law enforcement.
• Working knowledge of Resource and Project Management.
