Description

You will bridge business and technical leads to integrate data and processes across systems, owning requirements from analysis through full SDLC implementation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document business requirements, including data definitions, process flows, and technical specifications.
• Create project artifacts such as business cases, use cases, scope documents, and test scenarios.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to build high-quality requirements and ensure requirements tracing.
• Implement requirements through the full SDLC using Agile methodologies.
• Utilize data analysis tools to identify trends and opportunities for system enhancement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• 3+ years of experience within the healthcare industry.
• Strong SQL skills for deep data analysis.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies, including writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Hands-on experience using Jira.
• Ability to create UAT templates.
• Experience with SDLC processes.

Preferred Skills

• Experience writing agile documentation.
• Knowledge of Top Team.
