You bridge the gap between business stakeholders, data teams, and AI engineers to deliver data-driven and intelligent solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering sessions with business stakeholders, SMEs, and technical teams to translate needs into functional and technical specifications.
• Execute advanced SQL queries for data analysis, validation, profiling, and reporting.
• Collaborate with data engineering and AI/ML teams to drive GenAI initiatives, including natural language interfaces and intelligent chatbots.
• Maintain process flow diagrams, data flow mappings, and requirement traceability matrices.
• Support QA and UAT by creating test plans, test cases, and performing functional validations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst in data-intensive environments.
• Advanced SQL skills for data profiling, validation, and transformation.
• Strong expertise in the Azure platform, including Azure Data Lake, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
• Experience or exposure to Azure OpenAI and Generative AI solutions.
• Proficiency with JIRA or Azure DevOps for requirement management.
• Strong requirement analysis, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work within Agile/Scrum frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with Azure Databricks, Python, and PySpark.
• Knowledge of LLMs, NLP, and foundational AI/ML concepts.
• CBAP or CCBA certifications.
