Description

Own the analysis, validation, and integration of banking and Capital Markets datasets to support risk, regulatory, and business reporting.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate banking and Capital Markets datasets for risk, regulatory, and business reporting.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Perform data profiling, root-cause investigation, and detailed analysis to resolve data quality issues.
• Design and support data integration, transformation, and reporting solutions with technology teams.
• Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and validation scripts to support analysis and delivery.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst, Data Analyst, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of banking and Capital Markets product data.
• Proficiency in SQL Server for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
• Experience with Azure Cloud services: Data Factory (ADF), Synapse, Data Lake, and Azure SQL.
• Proven experience in data analysis and business systems analysis within financial services.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to communicate complex data concepts to both business and technical audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in large enterprise or financial institutions.
