Description

You will bridge business requirements and technical implementation, focusing on warehouse and inventory management systems.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional discussions with business, developers, QA, and vendors to align on requirements.
• Decompose complex processes into clear business logic, workflows, and testable specifications.
• Manage UAT and CAT testing sessions, including scenario development and defect tracking.
• Validate API behavior, request/response structures, and integration rules.
• Create process documentation, user guides, SOPs, and support workflows.

Required Skills

• Strong SQL skills for data validation, test scenarios, and defect analysis.
• Working knowledge of Oracle databases, including tracing data transformations.
• Familiarity with Apache Kafka, message flows, schemas, and data movement.
• Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM), preferably ServiceNow.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools, preferably VersionOne.
• Strong background in Agile/Scrum environments, including backlog refinement and sprint ceremonies.
• Ability to interpret logs and understand data mappings to troubleshoot with developers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Warehouse Management and Inventory Management Systems.
