You will define and drive the requirements and analysis for complex business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement development sessions to gather detailed business and functional requirements.
• Analyze existing workflows and system configuration to identify improvement opportunities.
• Translate business and operational requirements into clear, actionable technical specifications for IT teams.
• Support testing activities including test plan development and user acceptance testing.
• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure alignment between operational needs and technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in business systems analysis.
• Proficiency in Project Management.
• Familiarity with SDLC methodologies.
• Experience developing business process models and use cases.
• Ability to conduct impact assessments for system changes.
• Skills in data validation and data mapping.
• Experience preparing reports and recommendations for leadership.
