Description

You will own the design and documentation of HR systems integrating Agentic AI with ServiceNow within a global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of experience layers and Agentic AI workflows integrated into ServiceNow.
• Own documentation and knowledge management creation for complex, global HR processes.
• Analyze and map HR processes across the full employee lifecycle to ensure system alignment.
• Manage document version control and maintain integrity across Workday and ServiceNow knowledge bases.

Required Skills

• Significant experience designing experience layers and Agentic AI solutions within ServiceNow.
• Proven track record leading documentation or knowledge management initiatives in large, global organizations.
• Strong understanding of HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with Workday and ServiceNow.
• Proficiency with knowledge base tools such as ServiceNow and Confluence.
• Experience with document version control systems.
• 1 year of relevant professional experience.
