Description

You will support and enhance the Biologics Request Management System, translating scientific requirements into functional specifications and system enhancements.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Gather and validate business and workflow requirements from scientific teams, creating wireframes, mockups, and process flow diagrams.
• Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews to define solution design and drive Genedata Biologics platform expansion.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional and technical specifications, user stories, and test plans.
• Coordinate system design, configuration, testing (UAT), implementation, and deployment activities.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and operational efficiency within research workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst.
• Experience in Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical, or Life Sciences environments supporting Scientific Research Systems.
• Strong background in Requirements Gathering, Analysis, and Documentation (Business Requirements, Functional Specs, User Stories).
• Experience with Genedata Biologics platform and Large Molecule/Biologics Research workflows.
• Knowledge of RNA, DNA, Genomics, Genetics, or Genetic Medicine domains.
• Proficiency in wireframing tools (Visio, Figma, Lucidchart, Balsamiq) and creating process flows.
• Strong knowledge of SDLC and Business Process Analysis.
• Experience coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect tracking, and IT implementation.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with ability to work directly with Scientists and Researchers.

Preferred Skills

• Experience developing and maintaining training materials and end-user support documentation.
• Familiarity with regulatory and operational requirements in life sciences research.
