Description

You will manage the intake, triage, and delivery of software solutions across a portfolio of custom applications and third-party integrations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work across cross-functional teams of developers, BSAs, and QA to guide items through the full development lifecycle.
• Monitor work request intake and assist with work breakdown, triage, and prioritization of new items.
• Manage Change Management tracking and SDLC gateway approvals to ensure production releases comply with established processes.
• Produce high-level business scope, epic-level business needs, and acceptance criteria for problem-solving sessions.
• Communicate daily with business process owners and stakeholders to resolve scope, timing, and prioritization conflicts.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis or program coordination.
• Proficiency with Atlassian JIRA for issue resolution, backlog, and release management.
• Practical experience managing SDLC processes, including rigor for PCI-related releases.
• Strong understanding of Web Application and Client/Server application concepts.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow for customer service request intake.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coordinating Change Management activities for production application releases.
