You bridge the gap between technology teams and business units to deliver data-driven solutions in a financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex problems and present actionable solutions to stakeholders, developers, and testers.
• Liaise between technology teams and business subject matter experts to define application functions and process flows.
• Document data flows, application functions, and system report requirements using prescribed templates.
• Participate in the integration design process and provide detailed technical documentation.
• Collaborate with geographically distributed QA, DEV, and business teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in financial services.
• Strong background in data analysis and data analytics.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and participation in Agile ceremonies.
• Experience with databases and data visualization.
• Ability to document complex data and process flows.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder management.
• Proven problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of AML, Sanctions, Transaction Monitoring, KYC, financial securities, or trading principles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Technology.
