Description

You will analyze customer data to optimize the end-to-end journey from point of sale through post-sale support.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets using AWS tools to improve the customer lifecycle and operational efficiency.
• Develop actionable insights and recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Communicate complex data findings and metrics directly to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies.
• Own the assessment of diverse client metrics to drive decision-making.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a senior analytical role.
• Mandatory expertise in call center environments or AWS Call Center operations.
• Proficiency with AWS and various data management tools.
• Strong background in data analysis and assessment of complex metrics.
• Proven ability to present insights to executive leadership.
• Experience managing the complete customer lifecycle from sale to support.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
