Description

You will analyze current business processes, design future workflows, and translate requirements into technical specifications and data lake guidelines. You will partner with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain stakeholders to define KPIs and drive continuous improvement.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Lead AS-IS process analysis and design TO-BE workflows using modern cloud technologies.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Supply Chain stakeholders to identify gaps and opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into functional specs, data lake guidelines, and SOPs.
• Define KPIs and performance metrics to drive measurable improvement.
• Support Agile delivery through UAT facilitation and sprint reviews.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of IT experience in enterprise environments.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with complex data structures.
• Proven track record in business and data analysis for Finance, Sales, or Supply Chain.
• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms, specifically GCP.
• Strong process modeling skills including swim lanes, use cases, and gap analysis.
• Familiarity with SAP ERP data models (Sales, Purchasing, Inventory).

Preferred Skills

• CBAP certification.
