Drive wholesale banking onboarding and KYC transformation by bridging functional requirements with technical execution.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, addressing functional and non-functional aspects.
• Write detailed Jira user stories within an Agile environment to support development workflows.
• Design and execute Target Operating Models (TOM) for client reference data and onboarding operations.
• Perform data mapping, gap analysis, and KPI/CDE identification across the client onboarding lifecycle.
• Collaborate with system architects, data engineers, and DevOps to implement end-to-end client reference data management platforms.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
• Deep domain expertise in wholesale/investment banking, specifically Client Reference Data, KYC, and Front-Middle-Back Office operations.
• Proven experience in strategy and Big-4 consulting environments.
• Hands-on experience designing and executing Target Operating Models (TOM).
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and analysis.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies and writing Jira user stories.
• Working knowledge of regulatory frameworks including Dodd-Frank, Fed, SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, EMIR, BCBS, and SWAP.
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and BlueWorks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Tableau and analytic automation tools.
• Knowledge of Confluence and RCSA workflow mindsets for regulatory compliance and audit response.
