Description

Lead C++ development for complex system-level software, ensuring high performance and quality delivery within a small engineering team. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end application development, mentoring junior engineers and guiding best practices.
• Perform detailed design, coding, debugging, and unit testing for software modules.
• Conduct code reviews and sanity checks to maintain coding standards and ensure functional verification.
• Produce design documentation and drive proactive planning for continuous learning and process improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience with C++ programming.
• Strong proficiency in Data Structures, Algorithms, and Design Patterns.
• Experience leading a team of 3-5 engineers for application development.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile SCRUM methodologies.
• Familiarity with C++ development tools and compilers such as GCC, Clang, or Visual Studio.
• Ability to write unit tests and perform functional verification for components.

Preferred Skills

• CSM or CSPO Agile SCRUM certifications.
• Experience with performance optimization for target devices.
