Description

Design, develop, and deliver core technologies for mortgage-backed securities trading in a front-office environment.

Responsibilities

• Build front-end applications and back-end servers for real-time trading systems.
• Collaborate with traders, quants, and engineering teams to define technical requirements and solutions.
• Implement DevOps solutions to manage system release, quality assurance, and support.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues using a methodical approach to resolution.
• Quantify capacity requirements within an Agile development lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on C++ software development experience.
• Direct experience in the Agency Mortgage industry.
• Strong computer science fundamentals and mastery of Object-Oriented design patterns.
• Experience designing infrastructure software for real-time, multi-threaded environments.
• Proven ability to work in an Agile development lifecycle.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with traders and risk managers.
