You will design and implement complex software architectures while managing long-term maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement complex software architectures for long-term maintenance projects.
• Lead development efforts throughout the entire software development life cycle.
• Develop core backend solutions and technical proposals to support winning deals.
• Navigate unclear and rapidly changing environments to deliver high-quality products.
• Collaborate within Agile methodologies to meet stipulated delivery deadlines.

Required Skills

• 10-15+ years of experience in C++ development and software architecture.
• Proficiency with C, C++, and Python.
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Experience using Eclipse and Keil.
• Knowledge of scripting languages including VB and AutoIT.
• Experience with version control and tracking tools like Clear Quest and SVN.
• Familiarity with embedded environments such as μC/OS II and QNX.
• Experience with IDEs including Qt Creator 5.3, CodeWright 7.5, Red Suite NXP 5, and Microchip MPLAB.
• Ability to work with hardware tools like Blackfin Emulators, Red Probe, and MPLAB ICD3.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading the development of multiple commercially successful products from scratch.
• Proven track record in technical delivery and creating solutions for proposals.
