Description

You will lead the design, development, and maintenance of complex C++ software applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of high-performance C++ applications throughout the full software development lifecycle.
• Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and responsiveness while identifying and correcting bottlenecks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation while documenting development phases.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional experience in C++ software development.
• Strong proficiency in C++ and its ecosystems.
• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming and design/architectural patterns.
• Experience with multi-threading and concurrency.
• Ability to write native modules and work with third-party libraries.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Familiarity with continuous integration.
• Knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL database systems.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with C++ 11 or C++ 14.
• Knowledge of the QT framework.
• Experience leading a team of C++ developers.
