Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior C++ Developer / Software Engineer with strong hands-on C++ development experience, excellent software design skills, and a background in high-throughput algorithm optimization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Implement new algorithms for remote sensor data exploitation
Optimize existing high-throughput algorithms supporting image analysis, detection, and tracking
Demonstrate fluent and idiomatic mastery of C++
Design and develop scalable, efficient software solutions
Contribute to software architecture and technical design decisions
Work effectively within an Agile development team
Contribute to shared tools, frameworks, and engineering best practices
Troubleshoot performance and scalability challenges
Maintain high-quality, detail-oriented code and documentation
Perform other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences, Mathematics, Engineering, or Computer Science
Additional year of education may substitute for one year of professional experience
9–10+ years of overall professional software development experience preferred
Strong current hands-on experience with C++
At least 5 years of professional C++ experience
At least 3 years of professional Linux experience
Strong knowledge of Data Structures
Experience optimizing high-data-throughput processing
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities
