Description

You will develop and maintain high-performance C++ applications for telecom and contact center environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize core services using C++11/14/17 in Linux/Unix environments.
• Implement multithreading, memory management, IPC, and socket programming.
• Debug complex issues using gdb, valgrind, and core dump analysis.
• Design and support VoIP architectures including SIP, RTP/RTCP, and SDP.
• Integrate with IVR, ACD, CTI, and call routing systems.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of strong expertise in C++ (C++11/14/17).
• Experience with Linux/Unix environments.
• Strong knowledge of multithreading, memory management, and IPC.
• Hands-on experience with debugging tools (gdb, valgrind, core dump analysis).
• Experience with SIP, RTP/RTCP, and SDP protocols.
• Knowledge of VoIP architectures and call flows.
• Exposure to platforms like Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD.
• Experience with CRM integrations.
