You will design and develop complex applications and architecture components, leading small developer groups in configuring, programming, and testing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design detailed components for complex applications.
• Fix medium to complex defects and resolve performance issues.
• Monitor, track, and resolve assigned tickets.
• Manage code reviews and mentor other developers.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional development experience.
• Proficiency in C++ and MFC.
• Strong expertise in OO Programming design and implementation.
• Experience developing desktop applications in the Windows environment using C++.
• Proficiency with Visual Studio IDEs.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong English oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SQL and MSSQL.
• Familiarity with C# and .NET.
