Description

Own the development, maintenance, and optimization of C++ services with a focus on high-throughput data processing.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain core C++ applications for distributed systems.
• Implement and optimize message streaming pipelines using Kafka.
• Deploy and manage cloud infrastructure and services on AWS.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical challenges.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in C++ development.
• 5+ years of experience working with Kafka for message streaming.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud computing and its core services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Proven track record of delivering stable, high-performance software.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Reddit-scale data processing or similar high-volume systems.
