Description

You will develop and maintain C++ systems with a focus on high-throughput messaging and cloud infrastructure.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Build and optimize core services using C++.
• Implement real-time data streaming solutions with Kafka.
• Manage and scale applications on AWS cloud services.
• Collaborate on system architecture and performance tuning.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of hands-on C++ development experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Kafka.
• Strong expertise in AWS cloud computing and core services.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with high-scale distributed systems.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Reddit's infrastructure or similar social media platforms.
• Contributions to open-source C++ or messaging projects.
