Description

You will own the design and implementation of low-latency software platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Drive software platform design capability with architects and product managers.
• Improve engineering practices for efficiency, reliability, and serviceability.
• Coach engineers on domain designs and collaborate with QA on non-functional tests.
• Contribute to research, case studies, and prototypes for the decisioning platform.

Required Skills

• 10+ years designing, building, deploying, and operating commercial software with AI/ML stateful algorithms in low milliseconds.
• 10+ years building sophisticated runtimes in C++.
• Expertise in domain-driven, event-driven, and microservice architectures.
• Experience covering the full lifecycle of intelligence execution, from authoring to observing.
• Technical expertise across public, private, and on-premises cloud deployment models.
• Proficiency in agile processes, including planning, tracking, and communication.
• Experience supporting production software deployments.
• Familiarity with C++, AWS, Google, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker.

Preferred Skills

• Contribute to research, case studies, and prototypes to advance the decisioning platform.
• Define and drive design transformations toward simplicity and modern patterns.
