Description

You will design and develop responsive software across the full Microsoft stack, covering back-end, middleware, and front-end layers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain multi-tier web-based applications using the Microsoft stack.
• Refactor and redesign legacy applications to improve performance and structure.
• Analyze business requirements and document technical guidance for the team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, and IT analysts throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform complete application testing and maintain source control updates.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• 7+ years of experience developing web applications using C#.NET.
• 5+ years of experience with ASP.NET 4.0+.
• 5+ years of experience with SQL Server 2012+ including TSQL, SSIS, and SSRS.
• 5+ years of experience developing and maintaining REST APIs, Web APIs, Windows services, and traditional web services.
• 5+ years of experience resolving browser compatibility issues across all major platforms.
• 3+ years of experience consuming and creating services that integrate with SaaS solutions or third-party applications.
• Proficiency in Visual Studio 2010+, JavaScript, AJAX, VBScript, ASP.NET MVC, and jQuery.
• Experience with TFS 2015 and Classic ASP.
• Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with MS Azure, AWS, Angular, or Kendo UI.
• Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and project management.
• Experience working within the government sector.
