You will develop core solver technologies and implement complex physics algorithms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Implement algorithms and core solver technologies through prototyping and feasibility studies.
• Conduct research and analysis in physics algorithms, numerical methods, and software design.
• Perform bug verification, release testing, and beta support for assigned products.
• Mentor team members and conduct technical reviews to maintain best practices.
• Research solutions for problems identified by QA or product support.

Required Skills

• Extensive experience with C or C++ and a deep understanding of the language.
• Strong proficiency in data structures and algorithms.
• Experience with scripting languages.
• Background in software design and commercial development methodologies.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field with 5 years of experience, MS with 3 years, or PhD with 1 year.

Preferred Skills

• Commercial experience with numerical analysis and object-oriented design.
• Experience in parasitic extraction of VLSI.
• Knowledge of software configuration management and web development.
