Description

You will design and maintain embedded software for set-top boxes, smart TVs, and IoT gateways using C++ and Embedded Linux.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize C++ applications for embedded Linux environments.
• Implement multithreading, synchronization, and network protocols including TCP/IP and UDP.
• Analyze and debug performance bottlenecks in kernel and user-space components.
• Work with device drivers, file systems, and Linux internals to ensure stability.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with C++ (C++11/14/17) and Embedded C.
• Hands-on experience with Embedded Linux build systems such as Yocto or Buildroot.
• Deep understanding of Linux internals, kernel concepts, and device drivers.
• Proficiency in network programming using sockets and protocols like TCP/IP and UDP.
• Strong debugging and performance analysis skills for embedded devices.
• Experience with set-top boxes, IPTV/OTT platforms, or similar embedded hardware.
