Description

You will design, build, and maintain high-performance micro-services for a market-leading platform.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and code low-latency, multi-threaded C++ micro-services.
• Manage micro-service deployment on Kubernetes within AWS infrastructure.
• Integrate quality and automated testing into all development and deployment stages.
• Apply corporate architectural strategies to solve complex integration challenges.
• Participate in the full software lifecycle, including L3 support.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of hands-on C++ engineering experience in commercial software.
• Strong background in high-performance, multi-threaded runtime code.
• Proficiency with Java and Spring.
• Experience with statistical scripting languages like Python.
• Solid experience applying Scrum and agile development methodologies.
• Proven ability to translate complex product requirements into development goals.
• Strong skills in software architecture, design, performance tuning, and debugging.

Preferred Skills

• Experience mentoring other engineers.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
