What You'll Do:

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade software applications using C++ and Qt/QML.
• Build responsive, intuitive, and high-performance desktop applications that meet business and customer requirements.
• Develop and implement advanced 3D graphics capabilities using OpenGL, DirectX, and related technologies.
• Design and optimize spatial algorithms and graphical rendering components.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA teams, and developers to define, design, and implement new features.
• Participate in software architecture discussions and contribute to technical design decisions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code following established coding standards and best practices.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure software quality and maintainability.
• Optimize software applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain multithreaded and concurrent applications for improved system efficiency.
• Utilize CI/CD pipelines to automate software build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Manage source code, releases, defect tracking, and development activities using Git, JIRA, and related tools.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Contribute throughout all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to production support.
• Support modernization initiatives, application enhancements, and technology upgrades.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, design specifications, and development artifacts.
• Mentor junior engineers and share technical knowledge across the team.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 5 to 8 years of experience in Software Development, Product Engineering, or Application Development.
• Strong programming expertise in C++ with deep understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and software design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Qt Framework and QML for desktop application development.
• Proven experience building scalable and high-performance desktop software applications.
• Strong knowledge of OpenGL, DirectX, and modern 3D graphics programming techniques.
• Experience developing rendering engines, visualization tools, or graphics-intensive applications.
• Strong understanding of spatial algorithms, geometric processing, and graphical computation techniques.
• Experience working with data structures, algorithms, and software performance optimization.
• Hands-on expertise in multithreading, concurrent programming, synchronization, and resource management.
• Experience designing and maintaining large-scale software systems and applications.
• Proficiency with Git, version control systems, branching strategies, and source code management.
• Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and automated build processes.
• Working knowledge of JIRA and Agile project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), software architecture, and engineering best practices.
• Experience debugging, profiling, and optimizing complex software applications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities with cross-functional teams.
