Description

Lead the design, development, and execution of personalized marketing automation campaigns using the Adobe marketing stack.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end design and development of complex marketing automation campaigns across digital channels.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including campaign estimation, requirement gathering, and solution design.
• Configure and optimize dynamic content personalization, data manipulation, and integration with external systems.
• Implement audience segmentation strategies and tracking solutions to measure engagement and effectiveness.
• Troubleshoot technical issues related to tool configuration, data integration, and campaign execution.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience working with Adobe Campaign and the Adobe marketing stack.
• At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO).
• Strong SQL skills with the ability to read and write complex queries.
• Proficiency in JavaScript or general programming.
• Experience building and managing ETL processes.
• Working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Adobe Campaign related certification is required.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic (ACC) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
