You will design, develop, and execute marketing automation campaigns across digital channels, owning the technical implementation from requirements to deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of complex marketing automation campaigns and audience segmentation strategies.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, including campaign workflows for audience selection and deployment.
• Implement tracking, analytics, and custom reporting to measure campaign effectiveness and engagement.
• Perform QC and code reviews to ensure data, functional, and content accuracy.
• Configure dynamic content personalization, data manipulation, and integrations with external systems.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience with the AJO platform.
• Over 4 years of experience in Campaign implementations or project management.
• 3+ years of SQL development experience.
• 3+ years of scripting or programming experience, preferably with JavaScript.
• Experience with Adobe Campaign, AJO, and AEP.
• 1+ years of experience in cross-channel marketing delivery, such as Push Notifications and In-App deliveries.
• Experience with technology integrations involving marketing technologies.
• Ability to articulate technical concepts to a mixed audience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with enterprise software and project implementation life cycles.
• Knowledge of CRM, marketing applications, and processes.
• Understanding of marketing concepts like Campaign RoI metrics and KRAs.
