Description

Build and maintain technical marketing automation solutions within the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build customer journeys and automated jobs using Journey Builder and Automation Studio.
• Develop dynamic email templates using Ampscript, HTML, and CSS.
• Implement automated solutions utilizing Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS).
• Manage the full campaign process from instruction receipt to defect-free file production.
• Analyze email activity and campaign performance through Email Studio and Journey Builder reports.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in campaign management and technical development.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud Studios: Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Proficiency in writing SQL queries for data manipulation.
• Strong knowledge of Ampscript, HTML, and CSS stylesheets.
• Solid understanding of RDBMS concepts, structures, and Marketing Cloud contact data models.
• Experience with Cloud Pages and Mobile Studio.
• Excellent English communication skills.

• SFMC certifications.
