Description

You will build and manage complex customer journeys and automated marketing campaigns within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design customer journeys and associated data models based on client requirements.
• Execute the end-to-end campaign process from initial instruction to defect-free file production.
• Implement automated solutions using Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) and Automation Studio.
• Develop and optimize automated email and mobile journeys.
• Analyze campaign performance using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder data.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in campaign development and management.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), including Email Studio, Content Builder, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
• Proficiency in HTML and CSS stylesheets.
• Strong knowledge of Ampscript and SSJS.
• Ability to write SQL queries and a solid understanding of RDBMS concepts and structures.
• Deep understanding of Marketing Cloud’s contact data model.
• Experience with Mobile Studio and Cloud Pages.
• Excellent English communication skills for coordinating with onsite teams.
