Description

Lead engineering initiatives and design distributed systems using C, C++, and Golang.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design system architecture, security, scalability, and performance for large-scale distributed systems.
• Lead engineers across multiple squads to deliver technical roadmaps and major initiatives.
• Collaborate with non-technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical features.
• Manage legacy code migrations and implement microservices architectures.
• Coordinate development efforts for global teams and manage hardware/software integrations.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of professional experience in software development.
• Expert knowledge of C and C++ programming languages.
• Proficiency with Golang and Linux environments.
• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed system design patterns.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes for edge system build and release processes.
• Strong understanding of cross-tech stack scalability and reliability implications.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and coordinate global engineering work.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
