Description

You will lead change management activities across multiple client programs, ensuring user readiness and adoption of new systems and processes.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage OCM deliverables including communication, governance, training, and resistance management plans.
• Design, lead, and facilitate workshops, stakeholder assessments, and change impact interviews.
• Execute communication, engagement, and training plans, producing written, verbal, and video presentation materials.
• Maintain the OCM content repository, ensuring standards compliance and proper document retention.
• Develop project performance measurement reports using OCM tools to track adoption and support leadership decisions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Organizational Change Management experience.
• 10+ years of Professional Services experience, with ServiceNow preferred.
• Prosci Change Practitioner Certification (or similar) required.
• Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex topics for all organizational levels.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Management Consultant (CMC) certification.
• ITIL Certification.
• Masters degree.
