Description

You will bridge the gap between OCM/Learning and Development groups and Agile transformation teams. You will integrate SAFe and Prosci principles to guide PI Planning, execution, and roadmap development.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between OCM/L&D and Agile teams to ensure strategic alignment.
• Guide PI Planning, execution, and roadmap development using SAFe and Prosci frameworks.
• Travel to DC, Philly, and Wilmington to facilitate in-person Agile Release Train meetings and value delivery.
• Conduct agility health assessments and manage communications to foster community engagement.
• Drive transformation by implementing change management best practices.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• SAFe certification(s).
• Prosci Change Management certification or Kotter Change Management certificate.
• Extensive experience with SAFe frameworks and PI Planning.
• Proficiency in Prosci Change Management principles.
• Ability to travel consistently throughout the Northeast for in-person meetings.
• Experience conducting agility health assessments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working in distributed Agile environments.
• Background in Learning and Development facilitation.
