Description

You will drive alignment between the OCM/Learning and Development group and the Agile transformation team. This role integrates SAFe and Prosci Change Management principles to guide PI Planning, execution, and roadmap development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate alignment and collaboration between the OCM/Learning and Development team and the Agile transformation team.
• Guide PI Planning, execution, roadmap development, and coaching by integrating SAFe and Prosci Change Management principles.
• Travel to Agile Release Train meetings in DC, Philadelphia, and Wilmington to support brainstorming and value delivery.
• Conduct agility health assessments and maintain communications within the community of practice.
• Lead transformation efforts and awareness initiatives to ensure effective change management implementation.

Required Skills

• Extensive SAFe expertise for roadmap development and execution.
• Proficiency in Prosci Change Management principles.
• Program Management experience.
• Active SAFe certification(s).
• Prosci certification or Kotter Change Management certificate.
• Agile framework experience.
• Ability to travel throughout the Northeast for in-person Agile Release Train gatherings.
