Description

You will design and develop enterprise-grade chatbot and voice solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and optimize LLM pipelines, ASR/TTS for voice bots, and RAG for knowledge-driven responses.
• Integrate conversational systems with CRM, ITSM, and security solutions via APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Ensure compliance and security, including PII protection, encryption, and adherence to global standards.
• Monitor and improve performance using analytics, A/B testing, and continuous optimization of containment rate and CSAT.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and engineering teams and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 3+ years in conversational AI (chat and voice).
• Expertise in Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, LLM/NLU orchestration, and Vector DBs.
• Strong backend development skills in Python and C# using REST APIs.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, with Azure experience preferred.
• Familiarity with WebRTC services and whisper/voice models.
• Experience integrating with CRM and ITSM platforms.
• Proficiency with CI/CD and security best practices.
