Description

You will design, implement, and maintain complex enterprise network infrastructures using Cisco technologies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable and secure enterprise networks utilizing Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Implement and manage routing and switching protocols including OSPF, BGP, MPLS, STP, VLANs, and VXLAN.
• Deploy Cisco Meraki and Catalyst WLAN solutions to ensure secure, high-coverage wireless networking.
• Monitor and optimize network performance using Cisco Prime and SolarWinds.
• Document network architectures, diagrams, and security reports while mentoring junior engineers.

Required Skills

• CCIE Certification or equivalent expert-level experience.
• 5+ years of experience in network architecture and implementation.
• Deep knowledge of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless controllers.
• Hands-on experience with OSPF, BGP, MPLS, STP, VLANs, and VXLAN.
• Strong understanding of QoS, network segmentation, and high-availability solutions.
• Proven ability to lead teams and mentor technical staff.
• Experience meeting government compliance standards (NIST, FISMA, HIPAA).

Preferred Skills

• Ability to manage vendor relationships and technical documentation.
