You will manage and maintain the Cisco Unified Communications infrastructure, ensuring stability across the stack.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Administer Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX) environments.
• Manage Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) configurations and operations.
• Support and maintain Cisco Unity Connections (CUC) systems.
• Ensure overall stability and reliability of the unified communications stack.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Contact Center Express (UCCX).
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM).
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco Unity Connections (CUC).
• Must be located within 2 hours of Lansing, MI.
• Any Graduate degree.
