Description

Manage and support enterprise Citrix environments and underlying infrastructure technologies.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 3 Citrix support, documenting detailed troubleshooting steps and resolutions in operational tickets.
• Build, implement, and support infrastructure platform technologies including server, storage, and networking.
• Collaborate with development and security teams to identify gaps and improve reliability, security, and performance.
• Implement processes for operational effectiveness and continuous improvement of technology systems.
• Maintain relationships with third-party vendors and provide technical guidance to service partners.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Citrix Technologies: Workspace, WEM, UPM, PVS, MCS, Storefront, Director, Studio, Licensing, ADC, Gateway, XenApp 6.5, XenApp 7.1x, and Citrix Cloud.
• Experience with VMware vCenter Server and ESXi virtualization.
• Proficiency in PowerShell and PowerCLI.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, and DHCP in multi-domain environments.
• Functional knowledge of various Microsoft and Linux operating systems.
• Experience with application support and infrastructure technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience migrating on-premises applications to the cloud.
