Description

You will manage and support Citrix NetScaler technology to ensure effective application load balancing and high availability.

Manage custom configurations for virtual servers, certificates, and policy settings.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and manage Citrix NetScaler devices and firmware upgrades.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated issues including NetScaler HA, GSLB, Content Switching, Access Gateway, and SSL VPN.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for major incidents and manage cases following ITIL processes.
• Generate and present resource utilization reports to management.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of relevant experience in Citrix NetScaler.
• Expertise in NetScaler HA, GSLB, Content Switching, Access Gateway, and SSL VPN.
• Strong knowledge of networking, switching, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) solutions.
• Proficiency in Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Experience with application load balancing, stylebooks, and configuration jobs.
• Ability to manage incidents within an ITIL framework.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Virtual App/XenDesktop 7.XX versions.
