Description

You will lead and manage complex civil engineering projects from design through execution.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design and execution of complex civil engineering projects.
• Manage project scope, schedule, and budgets to ensure successful delivery.
• Prepare and review plans, specifications, reports, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate with clients, agencies, and stakeholders to align on project goals.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering staff.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Civil Engineering.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Experience with water distribution and sewer collection systems.
• Experience with stormwater infrastructure.
• Experience with roads and highways.
• Experience with water and wastewater treatment systems.
• Proven leadership skills with a track record of managing projects and teams.

Preferred Skills

• M.S. in Civil Engineering.
