Description

You will lead civil engineering efforts for oil and gas design packages.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead civil engineer-of-record for oil and gas design packages, developing civil/structural specifications and drawings.
• Prepare technical designs with multidisciplined teams, adhering to design criteria, codes, environmental guidelines, and client specifications.
• Engineer, design, and certify foundations for large equipment, access platforms, pipe supports, and roads.
• Review contractor submittals and RFIs, performing technical evaluations of vendor proposals.
• Attend weekly meetings to update the client on project status, discuss problems, and resolve issues.

Required Skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Revit, and Bluebeam Software.
• Experience in civil/structural engineering, specifically foundation design for industrial equipment.
• Ability to read, develop, and review project drawings, calculations, and specifications.
• Fluency in English for technical communication.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint, Teams, Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience or 15 years with a Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to perform field verification, condition assessment, and inspections in varied site conditions.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and meet physical site requirements.
