You will lead account strategy and drive long-term profitable growth within the Microsoft ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan account strategies to position the firm as a thought partner and business leader.
• Design transformation propositions by leveraging industry domain knowledge to address customer challenges.
• Cultivate long-term relationships and act as a trusted advisor to C-level and executive management.
• Own the overall P&L and engagement health across your portfolio of accounts.
• Lead and manage account teams to ensure the attainment of corporate and BU-level objectives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience managing P&L and growing assigned accounts.
• Established connections with CXOs and senior executives within the high-tech industry.
• Deep understanding of IT services, solutions, and digital transformation engagements.
• Proven experience leading large-scale, technology-driven business transformation programs.
• Ability to design transformational solutions based on new business models and disruptive digital technologies.
• Experience managing and connecting multi-disciplinary teams, partners, and alliances.
• Strong domain knowledge of current market trends.
• Sound operational capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Track record in outsourcing deals, consulting projects, and scaling managed portfolios.
• Capability in responding to proposal requests with innovative commercial models.
